Skin Cancer: What to do When the Best Laid Plans and Precautions do not Work.

Ok, you’ve followed your doctor’s advice.  You never go outside without covering your skin and slathering yourself in sun screen.  Yet, in spite of your best efforts, you are seeing brown spots on your skin that concern you.

It may or may not be skin cancer, but as I have stated in a prior article and podcast, the sun is not the primary reason for skin cancer.  Yet you have something on your skin that worries you.

So what do you do?

Well you can hurry down to your dermatologist where he is likely to cut or burn it off, OR you can try a more natural two-step approach.

The first step is to bolster your immune system.  There are many ways to do this, but the following combination of three nutrients is probably the most effective:

  1. Take 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 (Only D3, NEVER D2) per day
  2. Take 1,000 micrograms of Vitamin K2 per day
  3. Spray Magnesium chloride (magnesium oil) onto your skin daily and rub it in (10 to 15 sprays.  I recommend Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil [available on the internet]).

Since you are unlikely to bask in the sun while battling skin cancer, it is essential to boost your intake of vitamin D3.  For more information, please refer to my prior article or podcast on getting out into the sun for good health.  Take ONLY Vitamin D3 and no other form.  The other two above detailed nutrients help your body properly absorb the D3.

The second step is to address the skin cancer topically.  Make a cream of:

1.      Raw, virgin, cold-pressed coconut oil

2.     Baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)

Mix these together in equal proportions.  Apply the cream to the affected area and let sit for 20 minutes.  After that time, simply wash it off.  Apply daily.

The reason this cream works is that cancer can only thrive in an acidic environment.  The baking soda causes the area to become alkaline or basic, thus killing the cancer.

One last point, never put store-bought sunscreen on your skin.  It is toxic and likely causes cancer.
